Codenito provides IT consulting, software development, and vendor solutions. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate project agreements.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit with milestone-based payments or monthly retainer arrangements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables, unless otherwise specified. Codenito retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.
We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently. However:
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in Jakarta jurisdiction.
